• Summer 2022: Draft compact language available for public review and comment
• Fall 2022: Project team to finalize language
• 2023: Model compact legislation available to states for the beginning of their legislative sessions

Review the  draft compact language published by the Council of State Governments

Register for a public review session. Beginning July 18, CSG will host weekly review sessions to explain the provisions of the compact.

Submit a comment. Social workers and social work regulatory boards are encouraged to comment on the draft language.
