Mobility progress through administrative process changes

District of Columbia

  • Supervised practice experience is not evaluated for applicants clinically licensed in good standing.

Idaho

  • Supervision verification is not required for applicants licensed in good standing in another state.

Kentucky

  • Supervision verification requirements waived for applicants licensed in another jurisdiction with at least five years practice experience.

Massachusetts

  • Supervision verification is not required for applicants licensed in good standing in another state.

Michigan

  • Board policy adopted March 2019.
  • Applicants with a valid license in good standing for ten or more years are granted licensure.
  • Applicants with less than ten years of experience must demonstrate a passing score on the appropriate exam and 4,000 hours combined supervised work experience and work experience.

North Dakota

  • An applicant for reciprocity is required to submit an application, license fees, verification of licensure in other state, and copy of licensure requirements for the other state which were in place at the time the applicant initially obtained that license. 
  • Verification of education, exam, or supervision are not required.  The board looks at the other state’s requirements for licensure.
